i had baba 5.5 months ago by c-section and i do pilates (when i remember).. i put vit e-oil on the stretch marks on stomach, but i hate the 'bag' feeling inside my tummy where baba was inside me.
i want to get rid of that 'bag' feeling - what do i need to do?
wait a bit longer.... I ahve had 2 sections and it took 6=9 months to get back to pre baby flatness... pilates helped me. as did the stomach roller I used for a couple of months
thanks.... ill carry on with the pilates exercises
