I love weightwatchers and have always have had good results, but, i've been getting rather bored of having to total points up etc. so I've decided to try something completely different.
I am going to do Paul McKennas system. I've read the book twice and it seems really good, I am also going to work it in with conjuction with some of Dr Gillian McKeiths ideas, ie, fruit smoothies for brekkie, lots of fresh fruit, veg, nuts and taking Milk Thistle & Agnus Castus, and also Spirulina daily.
Working all this in with not having diary, soya milk instead of cows and having wholewheat pasta and generally less processed food, followed up by at least 8 glasses of water a day.
is the p mckenna book good- is it worth the money or could i just speed read it in whsmith?
I am also starting tomorrow - and need to find a good exersise dvd to have in the machine to start as soon as i come in from work as ds sleeps in the car and i have 2 hours spare.
