Xenical - any success stories and can you give me an idea of what you ate?

I am CONSTANTLY struggling with my weight. I have gone from a size 20 to a size 16 yet still weight nearly 15 stone!! This is not good and I'm worried about my BMI.

I'm considering getting some xenical off the internet but not sure what I would eat. What does a low fat diet mean? How low is low? Does it mean no dairy at all? Does margerine/yoghurt affect it?

Just wondered if anyone had any experience or advice?

TMI alert

I had crispy duck while on Xenical - it was an all-you-can-eat buffet. 2 days later, the oil just whooshed out of me . I couldn't be doing with the (ahem) "leakage" from the fat I consumed so stopped taking the pills after a couple of weeks.

Hope someone comes along soon with advice.

BTW, well done on dropping the dress sizes.
Have you seen the juicing thread in this topic? It all sounds very inspiring, and I'll be starting the kickstart 7-day programme next week.

I was prescribed it a few years back from the doctor apparently if you don't put the fat in your body they eat the fat stored and come out through your stools as an orangy oil not nice I had a similar experiance as wotsits I had been out on a bender and brought back a kebab huge mistake the next morning, and yes it leaks out of you daily. I've just joined slimmers world after doing loads of different diets at home I've lost 11 1/2 pound in 3 weeks have u tried something like that I really wouldn't recomend the tablets x

I bought the tablets off the Internet to start with, but then the doctor prescribed me them anyway.
They are not magic!!
You still have to watch what you eat (and yes the orange oil is just [pukey smiley])
But I took them while loosely following weight watchers at home and the effects were good.
You still have to relearn what to eat though because if you are not careful as soon as you stop taking them you can put the weight straight back on.
