Hello,

I am a lot shorter and was a lt heavier than you at start of both my pregnancies, eat healthily and you should be OK. Also I enjoyed swimming and aqua aerobics for pregnant ladies is also very good. You will be fine, the only thing they might ask you to do is a glucose test leter on which is boring. Good luck with your pregnancy. Mine were both very boring.

Overweight people tend not to pile it on when pregnant. underweight women, if they follow their appetites, pack it on - my midwife told me this, as I was worried about the same thing.

I was 13 stone when I fell with ds2, and I was 13stone 11 when I gave birth. Just try to avoid high fat and high sugar food, I'm sure you'll be fine.
