after talking to one of my gym instructors - who for an instructor is very down to earth and matter of fact, i've decided weight watchers are not the way to go - (as I know!) but instead a total overhall of our eating is needed.
been going to the gym for the last 5 months and so far I add 2lb I take 2lb, i'm not loosing i'm not gaining, but I know i'm getting a hell of a lot fitter thou.
i'd love to loose 2 stone (hopefully by xmas but if not well march will do! lol)
apparently I need to be eating 5 meals a day and it increases your metabolic rate or something??
and you have pasta with chicken/don't have to eat carbs in the 'traditional' sense?
so anyone want to join me in a new life style, and loose a few stone in the process??
