Loosing weight and trying to conceive ?

I'm about a stone over weight for me and have always been a stone lighter than I am now when i've caught with the other babies, would me dieting to loose these pounds have a determental affect ?
It's hard to motivate too knowing i'll put the weight back on but equally am worried if I don't loose it first it'll be a harder struggle at the other end and I'm older than last time too.

it doesn't matter what size u r. U just need to relax and take each day as it comes. The more u worry and stress out the harder u'll find it.
