weight watchers points question

really dull, but have started WW and if anyone knows how many points are in a Starbucks skinny chai latte and a skinny lemon poppy seed muffin i would be really grateful

All i remember is that the 'skinny' muffins had about 6/7 points so I would steer clear. I know that a soya cap was about 1 pt.
