both dp and i have been cutting down our crappy food intake and i have lost 10lb, he has lost 8 1/2(hes not fat, just got a beer belly)but he's getting really fed up cos when he weighs himself(works with calibrating machinery, so getting weighed every day)mid week, hes lost a couple of pounds, then on 'weigh in day' he said hes only lost 1/2lb???
he does get weighed officially on a monday and has a drink over the weekend, but i dont want him to have to give up his enjoyments..have told him to get weighed each friday instead, then the drinks wont show as hell have worked them off by following friday, but dont know what else to suggest?? can anyone advise please
