my problem is willpower I just don't have any when it comes to dieting. My New Years resolution was to lose 12lbs by my Birthday (Easter Saturday) so shouldn't have been an issue. Started diet - very good for the first 3 weeks , but didn't lose any weight at all. Then had some terrible news and really didn't feel like dieting. I now need some encouragement to lose this weight as am very unhappy with my current weight/size .
