Don't do it to yourself yet!!! You've only just given birth and I imagine are suffering from sleepness nights etc etc. If you really want to do a dvd then try renting different ones first to see what you like so that you don't end up potentially wasting a load of money. If you have sky, the Body in Balance channel shows different exercise workouts including yoga which you could record and do at your leisure.

hi

i have a rosemary conley dvd which is split into 7 daily work outs, the longest being about 25 minutes, so poss in between feeds/changes etc

it makes my heart beat, get breathless but its not too hardcore

called 7 day slim down i think

some of the leotards are very nice too! if you like 80's style haha

ooh just seen you only gave birth 7 weeks ago - dont overdo it

what about going for a walk everyday with the buggy? fresh air and good exercise [happy] some parks have buggy fit sessons too so you could go round with other mums, i wish these existed in ym area when dd was born

I have a toddler too so pushing the double buggy is too much hard work, eventhough i do try to take a walk as much as i can...with ds1 weight came off really quick, 2nd time its not shifting! I dont have any clothes that fit, its terrible! Im considering getting Wii fit as my hubby isnt exactly slim either lol. I may try renting dvds from the library, thanks for advice!

I know it's depressing when the weight doesn't come straight off, but it will just give it time and if necessary spend a bit of extra money on some larger clothes for the time being. When you have enough energy you could try Tae Bo. I think some of the dvd's hve a 10 minute workout, half hour and then an hour workout. However, I do not recommend you do it with a toddler around as it is very easy for them to 'walk into a kick' if you see what I mean!

Look after yourself and best of luck.
