Anyone doing the drop a jean size kelloggs two weeks plan.
Me and dh are starting today to help give us a kick start.
i did it 4 weeks ago and lost half a stone was sick of crunchie nut cornflakes by the end of it .... but ate like a pig recently and think its crept back on! found it really easy to do thou x
it really does work
whay sort of thing did u eat for your evening meal
fish and chips (oven)
just normal stuff, fairly decent portions
no creamy sauces tho or red meat, no puddings
i used semi skimmed milk with the cereal too
yes have got semi skimmed milk ready.
just ate what i wanted really nothing lo fat or anything just what ever i fancied
