hi all, i found out i was 3 stone over weight and a bmi 0f 33.5, i have been on xenical for a month now and had my first weigh in today. i was amazed to find i had lost almost 4kg.
It does work well but some of the side effect are not good.I eat a balanced diet but it still removes fat from you body, about 30% of what you eat.
I am on for my second month so i will let you all know how it goes
