Mmmm I think it's a common thing for mummis to be wobbly in the middle!!! Have you tried the excercises on the GMTV website, click on the bikini diet section and it has a whole range of excercises for toning up. It's done over 6 weeks and each week you move on to the next stage of excercises. Apparently it's brilliant but I haven't got round to starting yet !!!

Yoga's done wonders for mine :won't shift that saggy stretched skin unfortunately, but it's far firmer and flatter than 6 weeks ago. HAve been doing Body Shaping Intensive Yoga which I recorded off the Sky Body in Balance Channel.

'The Plank' exercise is also effective.
