Eating Less and Moving More than they currently do. Am going to attempt this and am swapping my wine for orange juice/water.
Am going to list what I have had to eat/drink each day. See where i'm going wrong! Today... Breakfast was beans cheese and toast at lunch time inbetween I had a nice chocolate breakfast bar thing 3 cups of coffee and a mint hot chocolate. Dinner was french bread and homemade vege lasangne. Drink was water. Moving more activity, was heaving mates shopping up the stairs and a game of tennis.
Well its much cheaper to lose weight than buy a new work wardrobe! Tody i have had banana, game of tennis, left over lasangne, egg mayo sanwich, bag of crisps, more lasngne and a ton of orange juice and 2 coffees.
Can I join please??!!! Wanting to lose 2 stone, feeling a bit of a bloater and the nice weather recently has made me realise how self conscious I am and how much i try and stay covered up! My legs and bum are hideous!
Today I ate
Breakfast: 1 bowl of rice krispies with skimmed milk for breakfast with an 'innocent' passion fruit smoothie.
Luch: Roast Beef, Yorkshire pudding, Peas and a handfull of chips naughty I know but I didn't have too many! No excuse I know but dh took me out to dinner as ds was at nursery for his first induction and haven't been out for a year!
Tea: another fruit smoothie but haven't eaten as I was so naughty at lunch!
Problem is I'm hungry and ds is in bed, dh at work, choccy digestives are calling me the bast**ds know my name and everything! I must resist!
