I have started to swim again after a year and notice that it´s great for toning arms, shoulders and midriff.. however my wobbly bum remains the same.I normally do 50 laps 3 times a week at a fast (ish) pace.I don´t need to lose weight just want to tone.WaterFig
If you are just toning the arms, shoulders and midriff, then it sounds like your arms and body are doing all the work!!Try doing lengths with just arms, and then with just legs. If you can't walk the next day, then it's worked
