carb laden weekend for me I am afraid. Home made pizzas on Friday night (But half fat cheese on mine) stuck to half bottle of wine.
Saturday not bad until evening, then had heaps of rice with stirfry.
Sunday again a good day until I started the ironing - helped along by 3 bottles of beer!

Not getting weighed until Wednesday!!

had regulation one bottle of wine all weekend.

2 roast dinners though but I avoided the potatoes, skin and ate loads of unroast veg with it - in fact I think I may only be able to eat brocolli with gravy on it from now on - yum.

Took kids to MacDonalds on Sunday am while dh washed our muddy cars at the garage. Picked three chips but apart from that, only had a coffee would have normally had a cheeseburger

OK fellow Fat Losers - now weighed in: lost 1.5kgs last week, just over 3lbs. Think I've just demonstrated that wine is very definitely my culprit.

Feeling fed up now.
Been good this week apart from Saturday - but had allowed for this during rest of week (WW points - so broke-even for week).
Put on 1lb this week

Current- 12:13
Target- 10:7

Total loss in 2 weeks- 2lbs

Did very well at weekend (after totally losing the plot on Friday - lots of rice, fish and veg. Pasta last night though. Had some wine Friday and Saturday but (and I can't quite believe I'm writing this) actually don't fancy it - felt really indigestiony on Sat night after two glasses and quite rough Sunday am.

DPs plan is drinking less of more expensive wine. He has been reading Ranulph Fiennes in the paper who now (after a heart attack) 'drinks a glass a day like medicine'.

Ok ladies
Had a very bad week last week, big splurge lunch out one day, takeawy at end of week etc.
BUT had very good day yesterday, just fruit and veg cereal and some pasta.
weight at start of this (ie last week) 10st 10
aim 9st 7
weight today 10st 8 so lost 2lb in a week (only bought the scales last week)

... but can't weigh myself again until I go to parents house at the end of the week(don't own any scales!), so I'll update on Friday

Is it ^really ^ week 3? can't believe how quick thats gone.


Aim:Just to eat more healthily, an weight lose is a bonus.
Start:God, it's 3 weeks ago.....I can't remember that!!! about 9st 5 or 6 I think.
This AM: 9st 2lbs

So weight lose between 3 and 4 lbs but it's been going up and down with PMT. (AF today)

Hiya all
not such a good weekend - ate out and had a cheeseburger (a nice one not McD's) on Sat and a roast lamb yesterday.

However have been to the gym today and had low cal soup for lunch.

lost 3lb, now 11.7
want to get to 10 st, so a long way to go

Hi anorak - sound like we're in teh same ball park - I would love to get to 9.7 - used to be that until I was about 35, but have aimed for 10 st as more realistic

Oh, just realised we're on thread 3, have copied and pasted from the other thread

Cod, help! I'm not supposed to weigh myself until Tuesday but did this morning and I haven't lost ANYTHING! OK, so I haven't put on anything eithe but I really don't think I've been eating over 1500 cals a day and I've had no booze and quite a lot of walking. I'm not going to give up but I am disconcerted. Today

1 piece toast, olive spread and marmite
50g smoked salmon
200g prawns
1 small apple
1 jelly baby
5 tic tacs
tonight we're having salmon steaks with veg and I'll probably eat more apples. Feel very
