Hi everyone.
I've just joined my local "curves" gym in a bid to get in shape, and was wondering if anyone else is doing it?
it's a ladies only gym and is geared towards toning womens bodies.
it's a circuit of machines and rest stations which takes 30 mins to complete 2 full circuits and is equivalent to doing 1.5 hrs work out.
would just be interested to know if anyone else is using one?
