HELP - I need to shape up by the Feb 11th

I have a fancy night out on the 11th Feb which means wearing a slinky evening dress. I need a miricle! but failing that I could really do with any fab crash diets or miricle exercises that might help... any improvement is better than none!

Main areas of concerns are stomach, top of arms, bum - if I could tone these up a bit it would be fab. Of course if I could drop a dress size that would be even better!

Any help/advice/suggestions would be much appreciated. note - I am rubbish at starvation diets and detoxing. I've tried but I always fall off the wagon big style!

You could join one of the slimming threads, like mumsnet mamas or cod's diet .

Right, have just posted on 'cods diet' but still could do with any 'quick fixes' anyone can think of!

Hey Mammya, haven't seen you around for ages - must have just been posting at different times (think I have changed my name since last chatted to you) we should arrange another outing, dd still mentions going on the train to see you and dd. How is dd? and how is the course that you were doing??

Oh I know who you are! I can't remember your old nickname but I remember your real name! Iwas wondering only the other day if you'd changed your nickname. Yes we should try another outing sometime. HOw about 22 January? I'm thinking of going to the museum of childhood that day, they are having a Peter Rabbit puppet show. But I don't know how easy it would be for you to get there. My course is finished, now the fun begins as I have to find work...

So how are you getting on with it then?

Can't do anything until late Feb really but would love an excuse to go to the Science Museum as I've wanted to take dd for ages!
