Got fat over Xmas...is there an easy way to get rid of it???

My clothes are cutting me in half and are are actually hurting to wear. Theres no way im buying new ones so im going to have to loose the extra meat ive piled on over Xmas and quick before my legs die of lack of circulation...is there a quick easy way to lose a stone in a month?

Depending on how much you've got to lose, you could probably achieve that on the Weight Watchers diet. No need for anything drastic like boiled eggs, cabbage and grapefruits (those of us old enough to remember those fad diets of the past )

dunno.. but I am doing it (Cereal challenge) at the moment...with special 'K' and oat crunchies...plus I am steaming my veggies cutting out toast in morning and trying not to eat the sweets that are still left over from christmas....grin..

I have no choocy/sweeties crap left...ive ate it all...which is why im in this predicament now !!!!!!
How many days are you into it? Is there a thread on it already?

charliecat, sorry didn't come back to this as I went to work only started it 'cereal challenge' yesterday and no I dont think there is a thread on it, oh wait a minute.. there is this one..lol

Still havent got my cereal yet so I havent started...will as soon as I get near a supermarket. Am assesing and refusing snacks/choccy Shall we keep each other informed?

Sorry but can i just butt in and ask, does it have to be the cereal advertised as i have tried both and thought they were disgusting.

I could do Rice Krispies or Cornflakes with semi skimmed or even skimmed milk, is that any good ??

Dunno nutty...maybe it was the advertised cereal as its good for you...never tried it myself either actually....

I did it with Rice Crispies (Tesco's own to boot) a while back and lost loads. Don't know how much actual weight but went from a tight 14 to a very loose one in 3 weeks. I put sultanas on instead of sugar too.
Come to think of it I need to shed some bulk again so will start tomorrow. Only have Asda Cornflakes or Weetabix at the mo but sure they're pretty much the same.

I have brought the cereal but rushed out the door so fast this morning I didnt have time to eat it...however...I gave half my lunch to a lunchless friend at work and have had no crispsa nd only 2 wee bits of choccy. What have you had for dinner?
