Roll up, Roll up

I obviously won't post until Friday. Things are going well with SW and it so far has been quite easy. Lets hope I can keep it up - Hope so. I managed to serve up scrummy chocolate pudding a custard to everyone sunday whilst I just had a yoghurt felt very proud....

running is difficult atm as school holidays so went Saturday for 5K [woohoo!] and will go wednesday evening for another 5k, not sure how I'll get on as I do like to run first thing.

Half a pound off this week, which I am a little disappointed with, as I know, I could be doing better. I wanted to reach double figures this week of 10 lbs total loss, but will have to wait until next week for that and hopefully more. My total loss so far is 9.5lbs.

1/2 lb is 1/2 lb smalline you should be proud

Wow Furball that is FANTASTIC. I bet you are beaming from ear to ear.

I think that you are going to be the first one to lose a stone this year.

Furball, sorry, I was away on holiday but I am back now and I really am impressed . That's fantastic, I've never lost that much in a week. And you're nearly there, Smalline, don't get discouraged. You know this weight loss thing goes in fits and starts. Indeed, as I write you may be sneaking onto the scales and discovering you've got there!

I checked my weight when I came back and it didn't change at all. All those delicious meals in the evenings (all cooked by DH, bless him) were evidently counterbalanced by the long walks up hills in the hail and snow and the effort of persuading children up same.

sounded like a good holiday heavybee - even just for the fact you didn't put any weight on.

I really am 'in the zone' at the mo. Went to Burger King with ds today and thought I would just have a salad Halo they gave me the salad?, (teeny tiny for 2 quid) (in fact they couldn't even find the button on the till as I don't think anyone has ever ordered one before ) no dressing, no fork/spoon. Asked what I was supposed to eat it with and they looked at me blankly [tut] so I said look, give us me 2 quid back and I'll just have a cup of tea.

Only another 2 stone to go......
