Has anyone read his latest book and tried out what he recommends?

I'm so over restrictive, yoyo diets and felt quite inspired by this book. Would love to hear if anyone has implemented his techniques and had good results?

Can you tell me what he proposes?
I'm having a good bash at dieting at the moment but I have a lot to lose and the end goal seems so far away.

I have read it, had good intentions, but then it all went out the window with juggling homeschooling and work and I just didn't have the headspace to think about it. I am revisiting it though, with the aim of getting into better routines as the kids go back to school. Also interested to see other experiences.

I have read the book and I can see the logic of it despite the 100's of irritating photos of RC or artfully arranged fruit etc.
It's a slow long term approach so maybe come back in a year!
I'm currently starting with trying to improve my sleep and stress levels.

It's left me a bit afraid to diet actually as I feel I'd just be baking in yet more damage to metabolism and inevitable weight gain. Over the last 3 years I lost 2 stone on Dr Mosely's diet and have regained it and overshot.

Thanks NotMeNoNo yes I guess it is a long term thing and I'm not going to see a massive change in a few weeks. I'm concentrating on eating more mindfully, sleep etc but I have to say not weighing and counting every calorie is quite liberating.

I've read it @Pemberleys and like you I found it quite liberating I do like his approach. I need to reread it and try to implement things into my daily routine. My first read gave me things to think about but I need to look at using them now. I worry as I am results driven and if the scales are not looking good quickly I give up 🙈.

I have just ordered this book! I think I'm most interested in the section on eating your emotions. I know this is a large part of why I struggle with my weight, and realistically I don't think I'll be successful without addressing that.

@Pemberleys have you been implementing any of the strategies?
