Anyone tried hypnosis for weight loss?

As per the title has anyone tried hypnosis for weight loss and what did you think?

I've seen an ad for a clinic that's offering 'lose 3 stone or your money back' which sounds like a low risk option, although I'm always a little sceptical about that being honoured when the time comes. It's €300 so quite an investment.

I’m interested as well, I’ve noticed that some also offer virtual gastric bands. Did you go ahead with it @waltzeswithsnobs

I did. I tried a free app and I bought one of those 'gastric band' courses. I found it brilliant. For the first two days. Back to normal after that.

I would still recommend trying it, in case it does help, but start off with a free app and if you find it useful only then try one you pay for.
