I just weighed myself (albeit not first thing in the morning, after a blueberry muffin) and I could have cried. I weighed the same as last week but I had been really good this week.
So, I go for a pee..

Down 2 POUNDS

Not sure whether I should be concerned at how much less I weighed after or proud of the fact that I'm clearly staying hydrated!
