I started exante today, my start weight is 13st shock and my goal weight is somewhere between 9st and 10st.

I weighed about 11.5 stone pre lockdown, but WFH and being less active have really caused me to pile weight on.

Today I’ve had a peanut butter bar for lunch, which was ok but had a slightly Sandy texture grin

I’m going to keep this thread updated with my progress, I would love to hear how other people on exante are getting on smile

Weighed myself this morning and I’m actually 13st 5lbs.. so an extra 5lbs I have to lose blush oh well!

Day one yesterday went fairly well. I had the peanut butter bar for lunch, and the carrot cake bar for dinner. I had some veggies inbetween (low carb and low calorie ones).

I felt fine with my routine yesterday having 2 rather than having 3 meal replacements as well as a 200 cal meal - but I’ll have to read through the plans properly and see if that’s ok nutrition wise.

I’m not going to weigh myself now until Friday, fingers crossed for a decent loss! smile

I'd be very interested to hear how you get on, I've considered Exante too. DH is dead against them though which puts me off.

2lbs down today. Had the daal for dinner which was nice.

@waltzeswithsnobs I was quite against meal replacements too; I wanted to lose it through just normal healthy eating but I have too money bad habits with snacking etc, hoping exante can help me break them! Once I have used up all my products I’m going to switch to a healthy diet/intermittent fasting smile

Well done on the 2lbs so far 💪

Thanks @waltzeswithsnobs smile

Another 2.2lbs down today, so three days in and I’ve lost 4.2lbs. I only weighed myself on day 2 so it’s likely a bit higher than this.
