Day 8 on the one2one diet (Cambridge) anyone else?

hey,

Day 8 for me and could do with some support if anyone is doing the same.
Im 5ft 1 and a size 12 (i like to go by my clothes) i would like to fit back in my 10's as being so short this weight doesn't suit me at all.

I've done this diet a few years ago with huge success so hoping i can do the same, i guess im looking to loose roughly 2 stone ish.

Hi! Same - although I’m on day 5. Managed to lost 2 stone doing this diet post-natal but still have 1.5 to go to be back where I was pre DS. Doing step 2 as I couldn’t face sole source just yet but might go up if I struggle. Found it fine so far, just need to stick at it!
