Help me lose 7lb by 21st September

I have an important interview in just over two weeks time .....

I need to lose 7lbs in order to fit in my smart suit.

How can I do this?

I’ve lost about 9lbs doing that over the last 2 weeks. I’m not even that strict with it as I eat fruit.
