I'm on under 1000 cals a day, sometimes a fair bit under, and I'm low carbing under 20g carbs a day. I lost 8lb first week which was water I'm sure (tummy deflated nicely ) and so clothes are fitting better which is nice. But since then I have lost zilch. Not an ounce. A few days ago scales said I'd lost 3lbs over night and I got all excited. Next day scales said it was back again I know it's early days but really?? Not a single tiny lb since the first week? Can anyone please just reassure me it will happen if I keep on going? Feeling a bit dispirited
