I have really lost motivation to loose and maintain a good weight. I am not at a bad weight but heavier than my ideal. 2 years ago, I got to a perfect weight and size after having my little boy by loosing 4 stone (he was 2 when I reached the weight and size that I felt best at). Since then, I have put on a stone and I just can't shift it.

I started slimming world again as that worked for me last time, then lockdown happened and I just haven't been able to keep up with it or motivate myself at all.

In the past I have been an active person and once I get going I find the eating and exercise fun and easy. I hate any types of salad so that's a no go for me. Love fruit and most veg.

We struggle to afford the good foods and struggle to find time around our son, work and dog to make the foods that we should be having.

I just need motivation back! HELP!

What are your diets like and how do you fit your exercise and meal planning around family and work life without struggling?

May I add:

I am borderline in the ideal weight/overweight bracket but want to be right in the middle of my ideal weight by losing at least 7lb (no more than 14lb).

We are also TTC and my aim was to be back to my perfect weight before falling pregnant as last time, I piled weight on and put on 4 stone over the pregnancy.
