That is disappointing, but are you leaner, do your clothes fit better? Sometimes measurements like waist size are a better guide than the scales esp if you have increased exercise, not because of the old chestnut of 'muscle weighs more than fat' but more that weight can fluctuate a lot and the exercise should be helping to tone you even if you are not losing a lot.

That being said, weight loss is mainly about diet rather than exercise, are you 100% confident on the calorie intake, I know it's a real PITA but have you logged absolutely everything you eat and drink for a week or so to be sure (I know personally I sometimes 'cheat' by not weighing everything and just going by eye which can lead to bigger portions than I think, or by not logging the odd snack/glass of wine/crusts snaffled from DH's plate or whatever, which can add up). Particularly if you are doing a lot of intense exercise this can increase your appetite so I am guessing sticking to 1200 really strictly is hard going? If you've done all that I guess you just need to stick to it - you don't have a huge amount to lose and depending on your height you're already upper end of healthy or lower end of overweight so your body is probably going to hang onto that weight for dear life! If it's too depressing you could try changing things up, maybe a spot of low-carb bootcamp or intermittant fasting might just kick things off which would be motivating at least!

Are you tracking every mouthful? Make sure you really are eating 1200 kcals and cut out all booze and snacks.

Keep up the PT training and aim for 15k steps a day, it will come off but the key is consistancy!

How tall are you? I think contemplating surgery when you’re 10 stone something is pretty extreme. If you’re doing PT sessions it could be muscle. Also, if you’re doing that amount of exercise you probably need to eat more than 1200 cals a day.
