I need to lose 21.3kg. I’ve been diagnosed with IIH (which is why I’ve put it in the title, I could use a buddy!) so it important I get the weight off as quickly as possible and safely of course. What I’m looking for is some tried and tested low calorie dinners, preferably 400 or less, that are super tasty.
I don’t like: cinnamon, olives, veg pretending to be something it’s not (courgetti), tofu or lentils but otherwise anything else is fair game!
