Tdee??

IV worked out mine is 2200, I have my fitness Pal ready. What should I set it too to lose weight? IV half a stone to lose.

Thank you, haven't gone by tdee before so want to get it right, that sounds perfect x

I am personally a massive fan of this method, it just works no messing around.

Oh and in general (with the exception of marathons etc!), don't eat back your exercise calories. They're usually massively overestimated.

Defo not eating back my calories as o worked out tdee as an active person.
