Thanks Karrie. I still have a stone and 4 pounds to go but I’m a lot closer than I was. I think slow and steady is the best way to go as those who drop super-quickly seem quite likely to regain it again.
I had 3 stone to lose and only lost a pound in the first week. After that I lost 2 pounds a week for several weeks but no huge losses for me at all I’m afraid. If you do lose more than 2 pounds it will be water anyway so I didn’t mind as I want fat off.
I’m in my first week of diet and exercise. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been about 2 stone overweight and I’m wondering if I’ll lose more quickly at first with a lot to lose? How much did people found they lost on average in the first couple of weeks?
