I was 11st 5 two months ago and a size 12 in clothes (though 12 was starting to feel extremely tight around my waist!)
Due to stress and constantly feeling nauseous, I'm now 10st 1, but still a size 12, trousers still feel too tight around my waist and there's been no noticeable change to my body appearance. It's really bugging me that I've lost weight and all my clothes are still poorly fitting. My stomach still constantly looks bloated and massive and I just want to be comfortable in clothes during the day, and I'm worried that when I finally stop feeling sick all the time and can eat a normal diet I'm just going to pile the weight back on. I've tried to lose weight eating healthy and exercising before and never had any luck, this is the first time I've ever lost more than a couple pound.
I'm not pregnant before anyone suggest that either. I am having problems with repeated upper UTI's and have been referred to some different doctors for those, but aside from that I'm normally healthy enough (as far as I'm aware!)
Any advice would be really appreciated, I'm tired of leggings and skirts now. Want my jeans back!
