Tell me how to lose a stone...

I’m 38, 5’2 and a pound away from 9 stone for the first time in my life.
I’m so angry with myself. I do not want to be the same shape as my mum!
Help a girl lose this unwanted stone(but keep the boobs that came with the belly!)

I'm in your boat OP - 5'6 and 10 stone, which is a stone over where I'm comfortable and my clothes fit properly.

I'd be happy with a 10lb loss tbh grin

10lb would be good for me too.
I’ve had to buy size 12 jeans. I was an 8 last year!

You could be me OP, 39 5ft 1 also 1lb away from 9stone. I'm following slimming world but loosing nothing. Excercise is my issue as I have a joint problem and find it difficult.

I see pictures of myself and look like my mum who is currently 14st and struggling. Lovely husband doesn't help as he acknowledges my desire to loose weight but feels as I look ok there's no urgency. My biggest issue is my csection tummy 😩

I'm with you. I've gained a stone in lockdown. My clothes are tight and I've got back fat and wobbly legs.

I'm not grossly overweight but a stone over where I am comfortable.

I'm giving up wine as I'm TTC and that was half my problem.

I'm happy to join! I may attempt 12:8 again and cut back on wine and try to do some exercise videos when it's not so blastingly fucking hot.

Wine is my kryptonite! God I love wine!
Also have a csection overhang. It’s grim. I’ve always been too skinny, and looked ill. I’ve never had boobs before, so they’re welcome to stay! My ankles don’t look like they’ll snap anymore too, which I like. But this belly... it needs to piss right off!

I’m in my shop I ordered a few WW meals and frozen jacket spuds. I’ve got tuna in too.
I don’t eat any bread as I’m wheat/gluten intolerant. I have gluten free pasta too
My problems are wine and portion size and no exercise

I've started - current weight 9st1 although my old scales might be inaccurate (hopefully telling me I'm heavier than I am 😂) I might order a new set today.

Plan is myfitness pal calorie tracker 1200 calories a day plus Jillian Michaels 30day shred daily 😭

I think we eat fairly healthily and mostly vegetarian so portion control and snacking is my issue along with the lack of excercise.

How is everyone else doing?
