Am in a low carb diet. I managed to lose weight around the top half of my body, not a lot but it's a start! How ever I lost nothing from my legs, and I still have a ugly double chin, might as well call it triple at this rate!!!
It's really frustrating me, how can I lose weight in those areas a lot faster, is there anything I can do to promote weight loss in those areas?
