Exante diet.

I'm back on the Exante train after gaining some weight before and during lockdown.
Since jan I've put on two stone, most of it during lockdown because I've been eating what I want and drinking too much wine!
I'm on day three and I'm waivering but I know it's because I'm not drinking enough water.
I'm not sleeping well at all but I know from past experience when I lost weight on exante before that I will soon be sleeping like a log.
I'm putting this on here to spur me on.

Starting weight 13 stone 7lbs.

Did you lose much weight doing this diet before?
I’ve ordered all the kit but really need to make myself start - I hate being hungry!
Does it get easier? Smile

I have and did really well on it.
The first four to five days are the worst but if you can stick to it 100% and drink the required amount of water then you can get past it.
I was surprised by how much time I spent thinking about food, eating food and planning on what I was going to eat next!
My huge downfall is snacking and I'm an emotional eater too so the weight gain was my own fault. If I'd just stuck to my normal, healthy meals I'd have been alright.
Just have stuff on hand to distract yourself. In the evening when we would normally be having a glass of wine DH and I end up playing a game on the Xbox! Neither of us are gamers but it keeps us busy looking at something else.

Thank you! I’m going to start on Monday. Did you have a small meal in the evening?

Did it take you long to lose the weight? How much did you lose if you don’t mind me asking? I need to lose a fair bit! I just hate the feeling hungry part but I have to do it, I don’t want to spend another year feeling this way Blush

I just have the three meal replacements day. I lost about ten lbs the first week three or so the second and about four or five the following week.
