What is your ideal weight at 5.3?

Saw a similar thread on here regarding a taller height.

I’m a size 10/8 and 9 stone, I personally look and feel better around 8.5 stone but boy does it take some effort to get rid of the 0.5!

What about you?

i am currently 12st 9lbs and 5ft 2. Having PCOS means that weight is easily put on but harder to get off.
my ideal weoght/ body size is when Im around 10st

I’d say the same as you. I hover around 9 stone 2. If I was below 9st I’d lost some stubborn fat around my bum and thighs (I’m very pear shaped) but it’s very difficult so I don’t bother Grin

I'm 9st 3
I like to be 9.
At 8.5, my face looks too gaunt. Smokin' body though 😂

I'm that height 9st/8.13 is right for me.

Unfortunately since lockdown I'm at least a stone heavier.

Currently 9st or just under depending on time of day. Would like to be 8.6 as that's where I feel most comfortable.

Same as most. I’m very happy at 9 stone (am almost 2 stone heavier at the moment).

I think I could aim to get to 8 stone 7 but I’ve never weighed that little so I don’t know.

I'm very overweight currently 12.8 and would like to get down to 10. If I go below 9 and a half, I constantly get asked if I'm poorly! It doesn't look right on me

I'm about a stone heavier.

I look best at 9 but hard to maintain. At 9 7 it is easier and feel happy at that weight.

I am that height and my ideal weight is 8st7lb. I'm a stone over that at the moment and I don't feel like myself. My face carries weight so there is no hiding it.

I'm this height and I think 10st or a little over. I was about that a few years ago and felt really slim (and others commented that I was)! About a stone and a half above that now.

Report
Microwaveoven · 10/06/2020 10:53

9.6 is about what I can manage to maintain. I don't think I could get under 9 unless I didn't eat.
I have 2 stone to loose now. It's scary.

5'2 here, 10 - 10.7 is fine for me, obviously the lower end of 10 stone is nicer. Anything below 10 stone I just find it so hard to maintain.

Clearly I’m shooting high. I want to be about 11st at 5ft 4.

I am 5"2 and a half, I'm a size 8 tops and size 8/10 in jeans (wider hips) and I weigh 8.5stone. I would feel better around 9/9.5 stone because I feel/look rather boney in places.

I am 5"2 was 13 stone 1lbs but have lost some and now am 11 stone 12lbs but want to lose at least another stone. Have been on medication for 5 years that made me put on weight - try not to obsess over what the scales say because l exercise regularly but being at the lower end of a size 12 is where l am comfortable.

Mine is 10 stone but I haven't seen 10 stone for about 9 years Blush recently got to 10.5stone and it was so much better but regained in lockdown and now 12 stone and feel fat and awful Sad

I’m currently 10.5 stone, need to lose a stone to be my best but no lower. I do weights and am quite muscular but currently have rather a belly due to lockdown munching.

I'm 5' 3.5" and my "natural" weight before children was 9st 7lbs...I was a comfortable size 10. I have a stone and a half to lose Sad

5 ft 3 here and ideally 8st 1lb (very specific I know). Any lower and my face looks gaunt, any higher and my middle looks doughy despite a lot of working out. Size 8 at this weight.

Report
ShinyRuby · 10/06/2020 11:40

Would like to be 9.4 ideally but can maintain so much better at around 9.10. If I go over 10st I feel uncomfortable.

I am the same height and 9st4 is my ideal weight, hourglass size 10 top and 8/10 bottom half.
Any less than that and people start to ask me if I’m ok. Over 9st7 I start to feel soft and my stomach gets round.

Report
Lucindainthesky · 10/06/2020 11:42

5 ft 3 and currently 10.5 stone.

My ideal weight is 9 stone although I find it difficult to get down to that nowadays and would settle for 9.5. Below 9 stone I look a bit gaunt in the face.

Dontletthebastardscheeryouup · 10/06/2020 11:49

I’m 5ft 2. I’ve recently lost 2 stone.

I look my best at 8stone 9. But I tend to fluctuate around 9 stone. It sounds like a small difference but actually it affects how comfortable my clothes are, how lethargic I feel & the dosage of my medication has to change.
Problem is my longterm meds cause weight gain! Sad
