Ok, so I've been a twunty twit face 'n' all that

But, now that I've lost about 3/4 stone by starving myself for 3 weeks, what do I do about losing the other stone I need to lose?

Current intake is 2 coffees (1 decaf one ordinary), several cold drinks of various description (worst being coke zero), 4 water biscuits with wensleydale and apricot cheese.

surely you will keep losing as that is a worrying small amount of food..... why are you eating so little?

Obsessive behaviour I'm afraid. I will probably start eating normally again.

BBBee, that's on a day when I've actually eaten, i.e. the last few days. Otherwise just coffee and cold drinks.

um, that is bad, but you know that. Right well you have to be really careful with your metabolisim. I don;t know actaully.

the other thing is your body may go into starving mode and cling to everything possible so you may not lose, i dont know how true that is i read it somewhere

I have no feelings of hunger at all - in fact the opposite.

I have been a little bit dizzy but I just take care to stand up slowly and not turn around quickly.

This is all possibly contributing to me having tonsillitis and now that I'm on Antibiotics I'll have to eat or I'll be sick on Erythromycin (sp?) so I want to know how the heck I can eat more if I'm not really losing any weight on this intake.

I realise I'm probably into starvation mode now as am losing a bout 1lb if anything every few days, no more.

think you got it in one when you said you're not losing weight on this intake - you are eating too little and are, as you say, in starc=vation mode.

can I ask what prompted such an extreme diet (ie. why you didn't eat healthily and exercise) - just interested.

I carry it reasonably well - will post full body shot though to show you that I really do need to lose more!

I'm 5'2" and weigh 9 st 8lb at the mo and I'd like to be 8 and a half stone maximum - a full stone and a half heavier than pre-pregnancy weight.

Reasons for starvation are essentially depression/things going a bit tits up.

I was nannyme before and Limonade before that - around 6 years ao maybe. I posted very little at the very beginning.

But you can see that I'd like to have thinner arms, less wobbly tummy and waaaaaaaay thinner legs - esp. thighs. Oh...and arse.

Exercising is the answer, and eating more...but be careful, you have to wean your metabolism back....

BBBee, it's the wobbliness that's the worst

It didn't go even when I went to the gym 5 days a week for 2 hours a time and had a personal assessment once each month to make sure I wasn't slcking. I don't know what has happened to my body.

I could email you pictures of my wobbly bum if you like but I think that will be more traumatic than helpful - and a tad - um - bizarre.

I'm okay-ish thanks BBBee, a few strange goings on over the weekend and I feel a little in limbo. I'm hoping CBT will help with the self image stuff but I'm not tht hopeful even though I find CBT quite helpful in other areas.
