I need to stop drinking my calories in the form of coffee with milk and sugar. I have 4-6 cups a day and struggling to give them up.
I’ve never gone the artificial sweetener road as I read years ago they were bad and just chemicals, is this still the case?
Cutting 4-6 teaspoons of sugar out a day would definitely free up some room for actual food!
