Anyone lost weight doing C25K?

Sorry, don't know if I put this here or in exercise topic but since I'm talking about weight, I'm sticking it here.

I've just started C25K, not to lose weight specifically, more for fitness, but losing a few pounds would be very welcome! So I'm curious if anyone has lost weight during their C25K journey, and how much?

I've found I've changed shape. I'm on week 6 and have lost 4.5lb but I look visibly like I have lost more than that. My tummy has really shrunk. I have also been trying to eat healthily but have had the odd takeaway.

That's good to know @SoapyChoc! 4.5lb sounds great!

Yes, I have lost 20lbs over 7 weeks but I am dieting as well. I am out for a total of 45-60 mins so I do the run and then walk for the rest of the time. I’m now on run 3 of week 6. I’m really strict with food as well which combined with exercise for the first time in my life is working really well.

I'm part way through week five and have lost five pounds in the last week alone. I am also doing IF and avoiding food I am intolerant too which is an often unknown weight increaser ime. I am definitely fitter as don't need my inhaler part way through runs 1 & 2 anymore. Today I ran for eight minutes twice and it was easy Shock.

Just started running and not strictly doing c25k as building up fitness. Scales has not buffed yet but I am much firmer and my shape has changed. Am eating healthily.

@saylor I did find I plateaued for a couple of weeks on the scales and got a bit frustrated but took some comparison pics and could really see a difference so please don't feel frustrated if the scales don't seem to move.
