Ooh i love carbonara I'll give that recipe a go thanks! I've been meaning to make courgetti carbonara as a healthier alternative but haven't got round to it yet!

This is mine, tuna and Edamame bean salad, tastes amazing and is super quick to make in the evening ready to take for lunch the next day. Hopefully the picture will attach!
