Saxenda. Anyone got any advice

Don’t move up too fast- I upped my dose too fast and was really sick. Good luck it worked for me initially (but I gained the weight back )

Thank u for the advice. I’m hoping I can stay on a low dose for as long as possible. How much did u lose ?

I lost a stone over 6 weeks but I couldn’t afford to keep it up- they’re bloody expensive aren’t they? You will prob feel sick at first but it really does stop your hunger (well it did for me)

They are expensive, which is why I’m hoping I get away with a lower dose. Fingers crossed I can have a decreased appetite and get a couple of stone off.

I lost 16lbs in about three months and kept off. Best thing I’ve ever done. Burwash pharmacy do pens around £50 and if you keep at .6 then it lasts about a month. They sometimes do deals where you buy 4 and get 1 free.
