Fasting. Snake diet works for me. I've lost 2 stone and kept it off very easily. Have a google. I don't get into dry fasting or the more extreme parts of it but. Easy. And very quick.
Intermittent fasting. I was losing 1.5lbs every other day by doing 36 hour fasts.
I don't know of any diet pills that have a magic effect. I've tried a few, friends have tried a few more and had very little effect. I've recently tried a very very strong fat burner and even that hasn't had massive effects.
The meal replacement diets are probably the quickest way to lose weight but you need strong willpower!
Other than that, eat less and move more? I'm terrible though, I want to see the weight loss straight away and if I don't I just think "what's the point, it's not working!"
I'd like to know this too? Iv put almost a stone on since lockdown started. Feeling very low 😢
Anyone tried any diet pills with success?
