What can I eat the rest of the day?! Already had too much

I have eaten more than I should today. (Damn that white chocolate bunny!)

Using my Fitness Pal to keep track. I have done some exercise to try make up a bit.

Realistically I'm going to want to eat something more before bed! My food diary is showing it should be protein or carbs. But really should be very little.

Have you got some salad? If so you could either have a piece of protein with salad and a squidge of mayo.

Something like 2 boiled eggs, or a chicken breast?
I used to have 2x veggie sausages with a big bowl of salad (and a whole cucumber in there!) when I had eaten too much but just needed something in the evening.

Eat a 300 cal tea and then eat less tomorroe

I have cucumber and tomatoes. And eggs. But there is quite a lot of fat in eggs I think.

There are around 5g of fat in a medium egg I think you could eat a couple without worrying too much!

10g of fat maybe isn't so bad. I like my fitness Pal but it's ready to get obsessive. Maybe I have a meal like suggested and do better tomorrow.
