I need to lose 2st - help!

I have 2st to lose - I have been calorie counting for 3 weeks but never weighed myself to start with so have no idea what I weighed. My clothes are looser and I can see a difference in my legs and tummy so it's obviously worked somewhat.
I am also 16/8 fasting which is working really well for me so I'm happy to continue with it for now

I am walking with 9m old in carrier 2 miles a day for exercise

Are these things enough? Any tips?
