DD (16) has been depressed and had put on some weight. Before she put it on she had an exceptional figure so isn’t happy with the comparison having gained about a stone and a half.
Good news is she’s decided to exercise every day and eat well and less.
Today she had dinner at about 4:30, she had breakfast lunch (light) and since that time I offered her Greek yogurt, fruit, cheese etc and all refused. Absolutely refusing to eat anything.
Will this be ok as she had three small meals accruing around 1,400 cal. Also is it ok to do so many hours in the evening without any snack?
