After most of my life on a diet, all too many to mention, I discovered hunger directed eating last year and has flipped my body, views of myself and my self confidence on its head. I was in a good place, feeling happy with myself and even feeling more comfortable in my own clothes. I was enjoying working out, my gym classes, weight training and walking the dog. (Please note I am a curve big boobed size 12 so by no means skinny) I was feeling good. Then lock down came about, the gym was closed, my house was full of biscuits and then Easter came along and now I had to go and buy up a load of half priced M&S Easter leftovers! i even have a tub of hagan dais in the freezer calling my name. This has to stop!!!!!!!
As of Monday I am taking back control. I will be back on Body Boss plan and cutting back on the sweet treats. Body boss I can do at home in the garden with very little equipment. Anyone else on the same route, how have you helped yourself stay away from the biscuit tin?

I threw out the biscuit tin (and the biscuits with it). The Easter eggs were soft boiled. It's the only way for me. I'm all. Or I'm nothing Blush

No but I need to. I've put on 6lbs now in 3.5 weeks! I keep ending up in the biscuit tin and I don't even want it, it's just bored/tired/hormonal/emotional eating. But I'm doing it every day.

Today my plan is: rest day from running so will go for a walk; hiit/bootcamp workout. I do Blood sugar diet so my food should be low carb, high fat, and sugar free so i'm planning eggs for lunch, and something with chicken for dinner (need to search the freezer) with salad.

I currently have a headache hangover from last night's wine and feel rubbish so I need a kick up the bum today,
