I've started ADF out of desperation, as I've come to realise I'm very much an all-or-nothing person so I'm hoping this will be sustainable for me!
I'm 40, 9st 6lbs and 5'6" so not hugely overweight, but I'm carrying a few extra pounds from having a baby in December. I'd like to get down to about 8.5 stone, which is my 'happy and confident' weight.
As I'm breastfeeding, I'm planning to eat 500 calories on my fasting days as, from the research I've done, this should mean no impact on supply etc.
Anyone with me?
