I've currently found myself of the unwelcome recipient of 7st 😕 I used to be an avid walker/jogger! But frankly due to a winning combo of shattering an ankle and eating too much cake, here I now am! I'll be going on a walk at 7pm tonight if anyone has a spare half hour to join me in my misery? I feel these things are generally better shared than alone?... Or possibly not! 😂 Anyone else feeling shitty and wanting some support to regain their stroll?
I have just been for a walk after work. I listened to the next chapter in my audio book (I'm listening to Harry Potter, on Chamber of Secrets now) which is great for switching off and relaxing while getting my steps up.
I'll be listening to music tonight. I was hoping to dig out my old fitness tracker but couldn't find it, will look again for it tomorrow. Just finishing up a nice dinner of homemade chicken stirfry and then bundling up for the off
