I haven’t weighed myself since the start of January, I was just over 11 stone. Down from 12.5 stone in 2018. My goal weight is 10 stone.
I weighed myself this morning and I’m SO shocked - 11.9 stone! I’ve had a really stressful time the last few weeks and have been mindlessly snacking and probably comfort eating. But I can’t believe I’ve put on nearly a stone in such a short period of time!
How can I jump start my weight loss in the best possible way? I’ve been looking at fast 800 but I don’t know if that’s too extreme or difficult to stick to. Really need to shift this 0.9 stone and then the other stone I wanted to lose anyway.
